A year has flown past since the birth of this benevolent foundation. A foundation founded to assist and enhance the health and education of our Botswana brethren in every way possible. As most of you are aware Boitumelo Foundation was launched with a musical concert by the renowned Indian Singer Ms. Shreya Ghoshal. The program was a resounding success and aided in generating sufficient amount of funds that could be used for worthy causes that strive to uplift the lives of Batswana. The Foundation donated a Cancer research equipment to the Ministry of Health. This equipment costing over 1.4 million Pula was one of the first contributions by Boitumelo Foundation. The Foundation also donated P 100,000 to Tsogang Trust , a trust that takes care of HIV positive adults, residential orphans and day care children. Tsogang works to fulfill its mission of strengthening families by caring for, supporting and educating people living with HIV/AIDS.
